Vendors

We value all of the help and knowledge that our vendors and partners provide. We are also thankful to work with great vendors on a regular basis. However in an effort to maximize both our time and our vendors’ time we would like all requests for presentations, demonstrations, lunch & learns, and CEU classes to be scheduled via email with Jenn, . No phone calls, please.

If any materials are in need of updating, we encourage our vendors to come and change out their materials in our library at any time as long as there are no interruptions. Thank you for your ongoing support.

Vendor Guidelines:

idGROUP will accommodate one 15-minute presentation/demonstration per week. These events are set up in our library or conference room. Please limit your presentation to 15 minutes to ensure maximum participation.
idGROUP will accommodate two “lunch and learn” or “happy hour” presentations limited to 45 minutes each twice monthly. These presentations should be at lunchtime or after 5:00 p.m.
idGROUP will accommodate CEUs on an ongoing basis.
